Campaigns: AI-Driven Sequences

While a Broadcast lets you send a single message instantly, an AI Campaign allows you to set up a multi-step, intelligent outreach sequence that spans several days. TailorTalk's AI automatically handles follow-ups, adjusting the templates based on the conversation.

Step 1: Prepare Your Contact File (CSV/XLSX)

Required Columns

  • contact (required): Recipient phone number with country code (e.g., 919876543210). Avoid + signs.

Step 2: Launch a new Campaign

Go to Campaign → Campaign and click Launch Campaign.

1. Generate Campaign Templates

Before launching a campaign, you need to define the campaign templates.

  • Click on Create New Templates in dialog box.

  • Provide a prompt: e.g: Create product launch marketing messages that clearly highlight the product’s value, address customer pain points, and include well-placed call-to-action buttons to drive conversions.

You can provide a simple goal (prompt) to our AI, and it will generate a sequence of templates for your entire campaign.

Review Templates

Once the AI generates your templates, a preview dialog will appear displaying the entire campaign sequence.

  • Scroll to Review: The campaign executes in multiple days, Ensure you scroll through the entire list in the dialog box to review every template in the sequence.
  • Check Details: Verify that the tone, call-to-action buttons, and any dynamic variables (like {{name}}) are correctly placed according to your goals.
  • Create or Regenerate:
    • If the templates meet your requirements, click Create to save them and proceed to the next step.
    • If you want a different variation or need to adjust the logic, click Regenerate to give new prompt.

2. Upload Your Contact File

Drag and drop your CSV/XLSX file. TailorTalk will automatically validate the contacts and show you the count of valid vs invalid numbers. You will get an estimated summary showing how many messages will be sent and the approximate duration of the campaign.

3. Launch the Campaign

After reviewing your templates and contact summary, click Launch to start your sequence. TailorTalk will automatically run your campaign over some days at the optimal time and track your progress at each step.

Step 3: Manage Active Campaigns

From your campaign dashboard, you have full control over your active and past campaigns:

  • Monitor: Check the statistics and monitor the progress of your campaign.
  • Cancel: If you need to halt an active campaign, you can cancel it at any time. No further messages will be sent.
  • Delete: Clear out old or canceled campaigns from your dashboard to keep it organized.
