Project or Organization Settings

This document explains how to access and manage your organization and project-level settings.

How to Access Organization Settings

To access the organization settings, click on your profile icon located at the bottom-left corner of the application in navbar.

Select the desired option to manage your settings.


Collaborators Settings

In the Collaborators settings, you can invite and manage team members' permissions.

Roles and Permissions:

  • Editor

    • Can do everything.
  • Viewer

    • Limited access.
    • Cannot access the agents or prompts pages.
    • Cannot access or modify project-level settings like collaborators.

Adding Collaborators:

  1. Go to Collaborators from the organization settings.
  2. Click on + Add collaborator.
  3. Enter the email address of the user you want to add.
  4. Select the role (Editor or Viewer) from the dropdown.
  5. Click Save to confirm.

Billing & Subscription

The Billing & Subscription section shows your current subscription details, including your package, pricing, and payment due dates.

You can check the following details:

  • Package: Your current subscription package.
  • Price: The cost associated with your subscription.
  • Due Date: Your next payment renewal date.


Data Deletion

To delete your data, you must delete your organization.

  1. Go to Manage Org from the organization settings.
  2. Click on Delete and confirm the deletion.

Once the organization is deleted, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
