Campaigns: Broadcast

Broadcast lets you send an approved WhatsApp template message to many leads at once using a CSV/XLSX upload.

Step 1: Prepare Your Contact File (CSV/XLSX)

Required Columns

• contact (required): Recipient phone number with country code (e.g., 919876543210). Avoid + signs.

Mapping Variables

If your template includes variables (e.g., {{order_id}}), your file must have a column with a matching header (order_id).

Step 2: Start a New Broadcast

Go to Campaign → Broadcast and click New Broadcast.

1. Upload Your File

Drag and drop your CSV/XLSX file. TailorTalk will automatically validate the contacts and show you the count of valid vs invalid numbers.

2. Select an Approved Template

Choose the message you want to send from the dropdown. Only Approved templates are visible here.

Click the Broadcast button to start sending immediately.

What else you can do

Scheduled Broadcast: Click the Now button to open the scheduler. Pick a future date and time, then confirm. The campaign will start automatically at the set time.

Step 4: Monitor Results

Track your campaign's performance in real-time from the dashboard table:

• Delivered: Hover over the delivery bar to see Sent vs Delivered vs Failed counts.
• Failed Leads: If any messages fail, you can download the failed contacts list directly to fix and retry.
