As RageRoom's popularity grew, so did its operational complexity. A small team of five was being inundated with over 100 inquiries every day via phone and WhatsApp. This created three major challenges:
- Inability to Scale: The team was constantly consumed with answering repetitive queries, leaving them no time to focus on growth or diversification.
- Booking Drop-offs: Busy phone lines and delayed WhatsApp responses meant many potential customers were slipping through the cracks, unable to book a slot.
- Missed Upselling Opportunities: The rush to handle the high volume of inquiries rarely gave the team a chance to upsell customers on higher-value packages or exciting add-ons.
